Thank you for registering for Digital Pharma Engage – we’re excited to greet you in Huntington Beach. To make sure your participation at Digital Pharma Engage goes smoothly, we have prepared an attendee guide with important information and attendee requirements to ensure you will gain valuable insights and takeaways during the event. Digital Pharma Engage Attendees Guide

 

 

 

 

Please be sure to complete your profile on the Digital Pharma Engage 2022 Appointment System by today. This should take 5 minutes to set up. 

 

You should have received an email with instructions, the email would have come from [email protected] with this subject line "Important information regarding your registration for Digital Pharma Engage". Please email [email protected] ASAP if you have not received anything. 

  • When you access the email, please login using the username and password provided in that email
  • Click on “My Profile” from your dashboard and complete the following:

 

1. Confirm your pre-filled contact details are complete and accurate

2. Upload your headshot (Be sure your photo is high resolution)

3. Complete your company description (No more than 500 characters)

4. Complete the profile questionnaire

 

              *** Your cell phone number is required to be added to your profile. This information will not be shared. 

 

  • You will know your profile is complete when it says 95% or 100%. If it doesn't say that, please email [email protected] and we'll be able to help you. 

 

Also, if you have not booked your hotel please be sure to do so as soon as possible. Unfortunately the Waterfront Beach Resort is now sold out, but information on other nearby hotels is available here. Please note - if you have already booked at another hotel, or do not require one, please let us know so that we exclude you from any further follow-up emails regarding accommodations.
