Bio:
Andrea Blank is the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Orca Bio, where she leads the strategic and operational execution of the company’s medical strategy in preparation for the launch of Orca-T. A seasoned leader in oncology and cell therapy, Andrea has a proven track record of driving global medical strategy and successful product launches, including Yescarta and Tecartus during her tenure at Kite Pharma.
Prior to joining Orca Bio, she held senior leadership roles at Kartos Therapeutics and Telios Pharma, overseeing Medical Affairs across the Americas and Asia-Pacific. Andrea began her career in clinical practice as an oncology and stem cell transplant nurse practitioner at Northwestern’s Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center. She holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MSN from Loyola University Chicago, and a BSN from Illinois Wesleyan University.
