Angela Dwyer, APR, is VP of Insights at Fullintel, a media intelligence company that specializes in news monitoring and analysis. As a measurement expert, she helps brands improve business results through data-driven, actionable insights. She has worked at public relations agencies and media research firms, consulting with brands across several industries, with a special interest and experience in the pharma and healthcare sector. She helps brands in this highly regulated space effectively measure impact and use data to make more informed decisions. 

Angela has presented and published several original, award-winning research papers about recall, engagement, trust, and AI. She contributes her knowledge garnered from the cross-section of academia and professional experience in several industry groups, including the International Public Relations Measurement Commission, the International Public Relations Research Conference Board, Ticket to Biotech, and PageUp. Her contribution to the field has been celebrated with several industry awards, including a PRNEWS People of the Year Award as a Data & Measurement Game Changer and the 2025 AMEC Measurement Executive of the Year.
