Bio:
Chris is an award-winning biopharmaceutical executive with more than 20 years of experience leading commercialization strategy across oncology, neuroscience, cardiovascular, rare disease, and emerging therapies. Recognized as a visionary leader and catalyst for change, he is known for helping organizations rethink how they engage with healthcare systems and customers
to improve access, accelerate adoption, and generate billions in revenue. Chris served as Vice President, Head of Sales for the Radioligand Oncology Portfolio at Novartis, where he led efforts to evolve customer engagement models within Radioligand Therapy (RLT). Brought in to help transform a complex oncology launch, he led the redesign of commercial strategy,
integrated field engagement, and health system collaboration to better align
innovation with patient and provider needs.
Before Novartis, Chris held leadership roles at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Biogen, and Merck, helping organizations prepare for some of the industry’s most significant launches in oncology and Alzheimer’s disease. At Iovance, he helped build the commercialization infrastructure for an oncology cell therapy launch, supporting national treatment center readiness. At Biogen, he led key account readiness initiatives for a disease-modifying Alzheimer’s therapy, improving
field execution and customer engagement. Earlier in his career at Merck, he supported oncology commercialization efforts for Keytruda while leading national initiatives focused on field transformation, analytics, and commercial operations.
With each new complex therapy, the real challenge becomes operationalizing innovation at scale so that breakthroughs reliably reach the providers and patients who need them. Focused on developing people and building innovative organizations, Chris turns the highly complex into clear strategy and aligns focused teams to ensure these advances truly move healthcare forward.
His influence extends beyond the organizations he serves through community involvement and professional affiliations, including the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and Habitat for Humanity. Demonstrating his versatility, Chris holds a Master of Science in Education
from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Rhode Island. He lives with his wife in Naples, Florida, where he enjoys restoring cars, paddleboarding, cycling, and reading. His favorite books include The Alchemist, The Happiness Advantage, and Talking to Strangers.
