Bio:
Csilla Tekker, PharmD, is Executive Director of Field Medical for Cardiovascular and Metabolic at Novartis, where she leads U.S. field medical strategy and external scientific engagement across cardiovascular, and metabolic disease areas. With more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical medicine, Csilla has held senior leadership roles spanning Cardiovascular, Ophthalmology, and Neuroscience, including service as ad-interim Medical Unit Head.
Csilla is recognized for advancing high-impact field medical organizations, fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful field medical initiatives, and translating strategy into meaningful scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and external experts. She has received the Novartis President’s Award for MSL Manager of the Year and multiple enterprise leadership honors.
Csilla earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and completed a Drug Information Residency at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals.
