Dr. Doug Besch is a healthcare technology executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading product and innovation strategy across life sciences and digital health. As Chief Product & Technology Officer at OptimizeRx, he oversees product development and technology strategy, delivering data-driven solutions that connect life sciences companies with healthcare providers and patients.
Previously, he held leadership roles at Clarivate and Decision Resources Group and co-founded Rx Savings Solutions, a platform focused on improving prescription affordability. A former practicing pharmacist, Dr. Besch holds a PharmD and MBA from Creighton University.
