Emma Williams is a fearless advocate for change, inside organizations and beyond, bringing more than two decades of global experience across industries and continents.
Born and raised in Australia, Emma’s career has taken her across the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the United States. After a decade running her own creative agency, she moved in-house to Johnson & Johnson, where she led communications, brand strategy, and marketing initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas.
Today, Emma serves as Executive Director of Neuroscience Communications and Interim Lead, Neuroscience Patient Advocacy at Bristol Myers Squibb, leading branded public relations, disease state awareness, patient advocacy, internal engagement, and executive thought leadership.
Known for her bold thinking and human-centered approach, Emma is passionate about turning insight into action.
