Bio:
Julia Taylor Kennedy is senior director of corporate engagement at the Center for Reproductive rights, working with companies to support access to reproductive rights and healthcare. Before joining CRR in 2023, Julia was executive vice president for nearly at Coqual (formerly Center for Talent innovation), leading research and advisory services offerings on talent management with Fortune 500 companies. Over 9 years with Coqual, research projects included The Power of Belonging, The Sponsor Dividend, Disabilities and Inclusion, and many others.
Julia has spoken at the United Nations, the Conference Board, the Executive Leadership Council, and many companies. She’s been featured in Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, Fortune, Scientific American, and the Washington Post; she also has appeared on Bloomberg TV, Marketplace, Wharton Business Radio, and more. Julia is treasurer of the Board of Community Change, a nonprofit that builds the power of people struggling to make ends meet.
Early in her career, Julia hosted 51%, a nationally syndicated public radio program dedicated to the perspectives and stories of women in the United States, and she reported for NPR and NPR member stations. She earned her bachelor’s in journalism at Northwestern University and master’s in international relations from Yale University.
