Justin Molavi currently serves as the Senior Director AI Business Products at Genentech where he leads the organization in developing and embedding AI products across the commercial enterprise. Prior to this, he led large corporate projects across the commercial (marketing and sales) portfolio - select projects include launching Ocrevus direct to consumer advertising, executing customer experience strategy refocus across the portfolio and developing new leading edge pharma marketing capabilities. He has a passion for change management, incorporating data in marketing and sales decision making and experimenting quickly to drive results and impact. Previously, he drove key corporate growth projects across multiple industries including large scale food manufacturing, medical education, and economic analysis.
