Kaitlyn Nealy is Head of Corporate Communications and Patient Advocacy at Nuvation Bio, a commercial-stage biotech recently named to Fast Company’s 2026 list of the Most Innovative Companies.
Prior to Nuvation Bio, Kaitlyn was Head of Corporate Communications and Patient Advocacy at MorphoSys, a Novartis subsidiary, responsible for all external and internal communications and patient-centric programming. Prior to that role, Kaitlyn spent more than a decade agency-side in NYC supporting both biotech, mid-size and large pharmaceutical companies.
Kaitlyn, originally from Ohio, is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism. She now lives in New Jersey with her husband and two young boys.
