Bio:
Lindsey is an IP lawyer with over 20 years of experience working in life sciences. She has deep expertise in pharmaceutical patent practice on both the branded and generic sides. She is currently Associate General Counsel in the IP Alliance and Due Diligence group at Gilead. She supports strategic transactions, leading IP due diligence teams and negotiating agreements. She also provides IP guidance and patent portfolio support for strategic collaborations.
