Bio:

Meghan has taken on Ethics and Compliance roles of increasing responsibility at TESARO, bluebird bio, Zai Lab, Adaptimmune and most recently as the Head of Compliance at Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics, based in Waltham, MA.  She specializes in designing, developing and scaling Corporate Compliance Programs in line with OIG Guidance, at both pre-commercial and post-commercial organizations operating both within and outside of the US.

She has been a strategic business partner over multiple product launches across diverse therapeutic areas.  Her expertise includes government reporting, development of policies and processes, internal investigations, and the implementation of robust Anti-Bribery/Corruption (ABAC), training and monitoring programs.  Her goal when designing a compliance program is to encourage an ethical, accountable mindset and make it easy for her colleagues to achieve their business goals in an ethical manner.

Prior to entering the pharma industry, she started her career in the financial sector, culminating as the Head of Compliance, where she developed and managed the Compliance, Risk and Audit program for an Investment Advisory firm. Meghan holds a dual BA in English and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MA in English Literature from Boston College.
