Bio:

Rashmi Morani, Pharm.D., leads the global Field Medical team at RayzeBio, where she focuses on oncology and radiopharmaceuticals. A medical affairs leader with over 14 years of experience, Rashmi specializes in building and directing global medical matrix teams, engaging key opinion leaders, shaping medical strategy, overseeing clinical and investigator‑initiated trials, guiding product launches, and driving competitive intelligence. Her previous field medical and strategic roles across multiple companies contributed to the launch and development of novel therapies, with extensive global experience spanning small molecules, radioligand therapies, antibody‑drug conjugates, and biologics across oncology and other therapeutic areas. Rashmi earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master’s in Administration from Purdue University and completed a Post‑Doctoral Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship from Rutgers University/Bristol-Myers Squibb.
