Sarah Thailing

Bio:

Sarah Thailing is a strategic corporate communications leader with deep experience across biotech, healthcare, and technology. She is currently Principal of Wordanista, advising senior leaders on corporate communications, public relations, social and digital strategy, executive visibility, investor relations, internal communications, and integrated messaging.

Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at Poseida Therapeutics, where she led corporate messaging and branding, media relations, and internal communications through its acquisition by Roche in 2025. She previously held communications leadership roles at Illumina, driving employee and leadership communications to support its move into the clinic, and at Qualcomm spinoff Leap Wireless, where she directed media relations for the national launch of Cricket Wireless service, later acquired by AT&T Wireless.

A Yale graduate with a B.A. in American Studies, Sarah is an expert in corporate communications strategy, employee engagement, and investor communications.
