Bio:

Tom Shearman leads consumer marketing campaigns for Cologuard at Exact Sciences, where he focuses on driving awareness and participation in colorectal cancer screening. He has spent his career building meaningfully different consumer brands across categories — from leading DTC and content strategy for Nike to global brand planning for Kohler Kitchen & Bath. Tom holds a BA in Journalism from Charles Sturt University in Australia and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. When he’s not working, Tom spends his time running, reading, and losing battles of wits with his eight‑year‑old daughter — and battles of will with his five‑year‑old son.
