Completing Your Profile

Deadline: March 20th

Once you are confirmed as a participant of the Fierce Pharma Connect Program you will receive an email to login to the event app and create your profile. The onboarding process will only take a few minutes and the questions asked are an important part of the matchmaking process for your 1:1 meetings. Please make sure that you complete all questions so that your answers can be used as part of the company selection process.

To gain access to Grip, you MUST be a registered attendee for this event.

Make Your Meeting Selections

Deadline: April 3, 2026

The Fierce Pharma Engage networking app will open for meeting selections March 23rd and close April 3rd. Both attendees and event partners will be able to rank those who they are interested in meeting with. The system will auto-match appointments based on your rankings, so it is vital you submit your rankings before the April 3rd deadline

Please make sure to pick up your final schedule on April 20th, at registration when you pick up your badge. Each meeting will be 15 minutes in length with three minutes for the attendee to transition to their next meeting.

Prior to Arrival


Adhere to the Event Deadlines
This will ensure you are well prepared for the event and that any special requirements you have are met. If you are unsure about anything, please ask us.

Key Dates: 

  • Profiles are Open Week of March 25th
  • Open Preference Phase April 7th
  • Close Preference Phase April 18th
  • Provisional Schedules Available April 21th
  • Finalized Schedules Available April 24th

Maximize Your Opportunities
Prepare for each meeting with a list of questions you’d like to ask. Be a good questioner and listener rather than a pure salesperson. The discussion may range from broad strategic to detailed specific so be prepared to talk strategically.

What to Bring
Bring or send enough materials for your meetings. A display book is better than a laptop as it does not need charging. However, if you have something that is visual and involves movement that can only be demonstrated properly via video, then a laptop is the best option. Make sure you bring an adequate supply of business cards (a common oversight!)

During the Conference


One-to-One Meetings & Program Participation
Every part of the program has been designed to give you maximum networking opportunities. Please ensure that you are always punctual and participate in the full program. The one-to-one meetings will be managed by a timekeeper who will announce the beginning and end of each meeting so please listen for these announcements.

Network with Attendees
During the breakfasts, breaks, lunch, offsite outing, and networking reception, make sure to meet with new people.

Have Fun
