Bio:
Cedric is the global lead for Astellas’ Customer Engagement Excellence team. In this senior leadership position (SVP), Cedric leads a team of practitioners, working in agile teams and delivering value across Commercial, Medical Affairs and Market Access by bringing skills and knowledge from the following capability areas: strategic insights, advanced analytics, data strategy and enablement, learning & development, congress & events, content strategy and operations and omnichannel engagement.
Prior to joining Astellas in early 2025, Cedric spent more than 20 years working several industries including Aerospace, Retail, Consumer Goods and Pharma and several regions such as Asia, the Americas and Europe. He has built a career at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution and technology and demonstrated his ability to deliver business impact through focused execution, fit-for-purpose transformation and people development.
