Bio:
Courtney Grosslight is an insights-obsessed marketer with 15+ years of experience across consumer advertising and biopharmaceutical marketing, specializing in omnichannel strategy and integrated brand storytelling. She currently leads U.S. marketing for Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals’ cardiometabolic portfolio, where she launched Arrowhead’s first commercialized therapeutic in cardiometabolic rare disease. In this role, Courtney led the rapid development of a fully integrated disease state education and branded campaign, leveraging data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to build a scalable omnichannel foundation for the organization.
Known for bridging innovation, technology, and marketing, Courtney excels at translating complex science and data into impactful brand and product stories that resonate across channels and audiences. She creates team cultures and empowers cross-functional teams through strong sales enablement and a relentless focus on insights that drive measurable brand growth and meaningful patient impact.
Previously, Courtney led women’s health marketing at Myovant Sciences and was an award-winning marketer at Amgen, supporting brands across neuroscience and cardiovascular portfolios. Earlier in her career, she led innovation and digital marketing at BBDO for iconic Super Bowl brands including Mountain Dew and FedEx.
Courtney also serves as an eight-time Effie Awards judge, where evaluating the world’s most effective campaigns across industries sharpens her perspective on what truly differentiates best-in-class, insight-driven, omnichannel marketing.
