Bio:
Nisha Morris brings executive leadership expertise spanning non-profit health care, global technology, and public service to her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. She leads enterprise and regional strategies for brand, marketing, and external communications and serves as the chief advisor to the CEO and executive team on communications and organizational positioning.
Prior to assuming her current role, Nisha served as City of Hope’s Senior Vice President of Communications, where she advanced the organization’s visibility through integrated brand campaigns, executive thought leadership, and high‑impact storytelling. Under her direction, City of Hope strengthened brand consistency, expanded reach in priority markets, and elevated its reputation for clinical excellence, research leadership, and innovation.
Before joining the executive leadership team, Nisha was Chief Strategic Communications Officer and Senior Executive Advisor at the U.S. National Security Agency, leading a global team and driving a comprehensive narrative and brand transformation focused on public trust. From 2018 to 2023, she was Vice President of Marketing and Communications for City of Hope Orange County, launching the brand in a competitive market and leading award‑winning initiatives that significantly increased awareness ahead of a major campus opening. She previously held leadership roles at Providence St. Joseph Health and, earlier in her career, at Dell.
Nisha has been widely recognized for her leadership in the communications field. She serves on the board of advisors for the USC Annenberg Center for Public Relations, is a member of the Page Society, and has been twice named among the Top Women in Communications, along with earning numerous national awards for strategic excellence.
She holds a master’s degree in marketing from the University of La Verne.
